Thank you for choosing Sapthora for your learning needs. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to cancel your enrollment, we will miss you but we offer a very flexible refund policy as outlined below.

We strongly believe in hassle-free cancellations. Please contact our Customer Service. We may ask for your valuable feedback for improving our services and value to our customers.


Zero cancellation Fee:  

We don’t charge any cancellation fees

Money-back Guarantee (until the beginning of the second session) 

Sapthora offers a full money-back guarantee until the start day of the second session of any new class enrollment. Customers can request to cancel any time before the beginning of the second session and get a full refund.

Cancellations after the second session

Any cancellations requested after the second session will be effective on the last day of the month OR the 15th day from the cancellation date, whichever is the latest.



When cancellations are processed, Sapthora will refund customers any additional paid fees or charge any pending dues (if applicable). If the customer received any discount during the enrollment of the course for which cancellation is requested and if such cancellation disqualifies the customer for getting the discount, Sapthora will deduct the discount from the refund.

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Sapthora LLC.

Courses or Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by you (customer) to purchase Service from us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to Sapthora, accessible from You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
