Learning to play a C major scale and Happy Birthday song. Learning to play 4 chords namely C major, G major, A minor and D minor on the guitar. Theory day, – learn name of all notes and denote the different symbols of music such as flats sharps, natural note, a treble clef, a time signature. The day of Rhythm – learn how to count in two time signatures namely 4 by 4 and 3 by 4. Students will also get a clear indication of note values, bifurcation such as whole notes, half notes, quarter notes, eight and sixteenth notes.
